When the defendant is evasive

Do you serve weekends and evenings?

Yes — and that’s often when service is most successful. Standard pricing covers reasonable evening attempts; weekends are available on rush and same-day tiers.

What about evasive defendants?

We document every attempt, run skip-trace when needed, and coordinate with your office on alternative-service motions if personal service truly cannot be effected. How do I get the signed affidavit?
