Do I need an attorney to hire you?

No. We work with individuals, attorneys, and businesses. If your situation needs an attorney, we’ll tell you that before quoting and can refer you. About 60% of our work comes through attorneys; the rest comes directly from individuals and small businesses.

How discreet is this really?

Very. The subject of an investigation almost never finds out we looked. We use unmarked vehicles, plain clothes, and authorized public-record sources rather than methods that notify the subject. Our reports go to your encrypted client portal, not your regular email.

Are you actually licensed?

Yes. Rocky Mountain Eagle Eye is a licensed Colorado private investigations firm. We carry insurance, follow Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure for process service (Rule 4), and operate consistent with NAPPS standards.

What does this cost?

Process service starts at $85 per party. Skip-trace and locate work is quoted per case (varies with depth). Surveillance is quoted per shift or per case based on hours and complexity.
